All parcels are sent by courier with door to door tracking.

I undertake to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving the order and payment and it usually takes 5 working days to reach the destination.
Insurance is available at a rate of 3% of the declared value to a maximum of R5000.00 and a minimum of R3.00 per parcel.

RETURNS

Regrettably I cannot exchange intimate articles once the seal has been broken. If the item has not been opened I am happy to exchange it for another item or size. If the item is damaged in transit I am happy to replace it.
